Welcome to RightIndia Ads, a classifieds platform operated by RightIndia.com (“RightIndia,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RightIndia Ads website, mobile applications, classifieds marketplace, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, registering for, or using RightIndia Ads, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use RightIndia Ads.
If you are using RightIndia Ads on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf and agree to these Terms.
Certain features may require you to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
Keep your contact information updated.
Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account.
Notify RightIndia promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may not impersonate another person, create accounts using false information, or use another user's account without authorization.
RightIndia may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
RightIndia Ads allows users to create, publish, search, and respond to classified advertisements.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their advertisements are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
Advertisements should accurately describe the item, property, vehicle, job, service, or opportunity being offered.
RightIndia does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, availability, quality, legality, or completeness of advertisements submitted by users.
Users may submit information including descriptions, photographs, prices, contact information, advertisements, messages, and other content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content to RightIndia Ads, you grant RightIndia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the Platform.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.
Users must not use RightIndia Ads to advertise, sell, request, distribute, promote, or facilitate anything prohibited by applicable law or RightIndia policies.
Prohibited content or activities may include:
Illegal goods or services.
Stolen property.
Counterfeit or pirated goods.
Fraudulent or misleading offers.
Weapons or other restricted items where prohibited.
Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances.
Explosives or hazardous materials.
Human trafficking or exploitation.
Pornographic, sexually exploitative, or unlawful adult content.
Hate, threats, harassment, or violent content.
Unauthorized personal or confidential information.
Fraudulent employment or investment opportunities.
Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, privacy rights, or other intellectual-property rights.
Any product, service, or activity prohibited under applicable Indian law.
RightIndia may establish additional category-specific rules and prohibited-item policies.
A person posting an advertisement is responsible for:
Providing truthful and accurate information.
Having the legal right to advertise or sell the item or service.
Disclosing relevant defects or limitations where appropriate.
Complying with applicable laws, taxes, licensing requirements, and regulations.
Completing transactions responsibly.
Users must not intentionally misrepresent an item's condition, ownership, price, authenticity, availability, or other material information.
Buyers and other users responding to advertisements are responsible for conducting their own verification before entering into a transaction.
Users should verify the seller, item, documentation, condition, ownership, price, and other relevant information before making payment.
RightIndia recommends exercising caution before sending advance payments or providing sensitive personal or financial information to another user.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, RightIndia Ads provides a platform that allows users to advertise and communicate with one another.
RightIndia is generally not the buyer, seller, owner, manufacturer, employer, landlord, tenant, broker, or party to transactions arranged between users.
Any agreement or transaction entered into between users is generally between those users.
RightIndia does not guarantee that a buyer will purchase an item, that a seller will complete a transaction, or that any advertisement will produce inquiries, leads, sales, employment, rentals, or other results.
Unless RightIndia expressly provides a payment or transaction service for a particular transaction, payments made directly between buyers, sellers, advertisers, or other users are made independently of RightIndia.
Users are responsible for deciding how to safely complete their transactions.
RightIndia is not responsible for losses resulting from payments made directly between users, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
RightIndia Ads may offer paid services such as:
Featured advertisements.
Promoted listings.
Advertisement boosts.
Highlighted advertisements.
Premium placement.
Advertising packages.
Subscriptions.
Other promotional features.
Prices, duration, benefits, and conditions may be displayed before purchase.
Purchasing promotional services does not guarantee any particular number of views, inquiries, leads, calls, messages, sales, or other results.
Payments for paid advertising and promotional services are subject to the RightIndia Ads Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Paid services that have already been activated are generally non-refundable except where stated in that policy or required by applicable law.
Users must not engage in fraud, phishing, impersonation, payment manipulation, fake listings, advance-fee scams, or other deceptive activities.
RightIndia may remove advertisements, restrict communication features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts when fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
Where appropriate or legally required, RightIndia may cooperate with law-enforcement agencies or other competent authorities.
The RightIndia name, RightIndia Ads name, logos, platform design, software, graphics, trademarks, and other RightIndia-owned materials are owned by or licensed to RightIndia.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit RightIndia-owned materials except as permitted by law or with written authorization.
If you believe an advertisement or other content infringes your intellectual-property rights, you may contact RightIndia and provide sufficient information to identify the content and establish your rights.
RightIndia may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content where appropriate.
RightIndia reserves the right to review, reject, edit, restrict, suspend, or remove advertisements or other content that:
Violates these Terms or RightIndia policies.
Appears fraudulent or misleading.
Violates applicable law.
Creates security or safety concerns.
Is placed in an inappropriate category.
Is duplicated or used as spam.
May negatively affect the Platform or its users.
RightIndia is not obligated to publish every advertisement submitted to the Platform.
RightIndia may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform if a user:
Violates these Terms.
Repeatedly violates posting policies.
Engages in fraudulent or abusive activity.
Attempts to compromise Platform security.
Misuses another person's information.
Uses automated systems to scrape, spam, or interfere with the Platform.
Violates applicable law.
Where appropriate, RightIndia may remove associated advertisements and content.
RightIndia Ads may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment services, maps, communication services, advertisements, or other external services.
RightIndia does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.
Users should review the applicable policies of third-party services before using them.
Your use of RightIndia Ads is also subject to the RightIndia Ads Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that information will be collected, processed, and used as described in the applicable Privacy Policy and as permitted by law.
RightIndia works to maintain reliable access to the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, network failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RightIndia Ads is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
RightIndia does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, quality, legality, safety, availability, or authenticity of user advertisements, users, products, services, jobs, properties, vehicles, or opportunities appearing on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RightIndia will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses resulting from:
Transactions between users.
Fraud or misconduct by another user.
Inaccurate or misleading advertisements.
Loss of data.
Unauthorized access caused by circumstances outside RightIndia's reasonable control.
Third-party services.
User reliance on advertisements or information posted by other users.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold RightIndia harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Platform, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
RightIndia may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue Platform features from time to time.
We may also change pricing, advertising packages, categories, functionality, or other services, subject to applicable law.
RightIndia may update these Terms periodically.
The updated Terms will become effective when published on the Platform or on another date stated in the updated Terms, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Continued use of RightIndia Ads after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights or other protections available under applicable law.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts or other competent authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.
You may request deletion of your RightIndia Ads account and associated personal data at any time.
To delete your account, sign in to RightIndia Ads, open Profile, and select Delete Account.
After confirmation, RightIndia Ads will delete or anonymize your account profile, contact information, listings, saved items, and account access. We may retain limited information only when necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or maintain transaction and security records.
